I have been in the Coffee Industry since 2003. During this time I took the beginner and intermediate espresso classes at Counter Culture Coffee in Durham, NC. I've been a barista and Cafe Manager and have helped independent cafe's with marketing strategies. Written: newsletters, menus, web copy, trained baristas.
