We run a roastery / espresso bar. The shop is equipped with a IR7 and we run a 2 group Synesso and Clover up front. In the back we have a coffee lab and training facility with a 2 group GB5. We are committed to the highest standards in terms of quality and service. Having said all of that, we are still learning every day.

About Me:
I am a passionate student of coffee, who is still at the tip of the iceberg as far as my coffee knowledge. I roast coffee every day, and love to educate our customers in terms of their coffee knowledge and experience. Anything to do with the palate excites me.
