I'm a barista, manager, and green buyer(hardly!).
Our shop has a venue and bookstore, I'm happy to offer the lessons we have learned/are learning in these endeavors.

From North to South (I think...)

Taft Street Coffee in Houston, TX is an up and coming shop, one of the few players in houston (not yet one of the best!). We are trying to rally the other specialty shops in Houston and change our weak coffee culture
