I have six years in specialty coffee including work as a barista and retail management, and currently as a roaster.

The best thing I have to offer is some roasting and cupping experience, as well as the opportunity to see what a growing, one-man roasting operation looks like (sampling, cupping, buying, web-retail, shipping and marketing).
