We would like to learn about the retail end of coffee, and in exchange baristas can come down to Costa Rica and learn about the cultivation, processing and storage side of the business.
About Me:
Dumped a promising international career to grow and export the best coffees in Costa Rica. Our farm and mill, Cafetin de San Martin, are in the town where I was a Peace Corps volunteer. Twelve years after my PC service, my wife and I have set up business back in the same town, and we buy coffee from our friends and neighbors and mill it right there in town.

Could not find a truly transparent exporter that was focused on micro-mills, vacuum packaging and full traceability so we had to create it ourselves.
