Have been roasting at Addington Coffee Co-op and do some of their training at cafes we supply to. This cafe has over 100 seats and gets super busy!

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

China, Europe, UK, USA. Maybe an origin trip to Indonesia

About Me:

My dream is to put New Zealand coffee on the map in Asia, specifically China. I aim to start a cafe there in 2010 taking all I've learned and adding to the experience.

About My Company:

Fuel Espresso is a coffee company I worked for in Wellington selling boutique coffee roasted locally. The bar I work at runs 3 triple group La Mazocco machines at Wellington Airport. There are 8 sites in Wellington city altogether and one in Hong Kong's IFC centre!

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The amazing diversity of people passionate about capturing the coffee unicorn-the perfect shot of espresso!
