About Me:
I work as a Barman - Barista the last 17 years and as Barista trainer since 2005
I'm an active member of the Hellenic Bartenders Association .
I'm member of SCAE and certified Barista level 2
I always try to improve my knowledge and my Barista technics so i can teach others.
I publish the first Greek Barista Handbook in order to cover the dearth of coffee books in Greece in 2009

About My Company:
Avek is a trade company with brands like Espresso Hausbrandt, Da Vinci Gourmet syrups, Eilles tea, B-ravi smoothies, Just-t tea etc.
We also roast coffee and importing loose teas and accesories.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
