Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I've been inspired since the SCAA trade show in Minneapolis in April of 08. It brought to my realization that being a coffee geek, isn't a bad thing, but that there are many fellow baristas out there that are just as passionate as I am about coffee, and the industry!
I've been self educating as much as I can, since the trade show, and hope to continue doing so. taking labs, listening to lectures or simply having discussion!
it seems there is always something to learn.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Minneapolis, Milwaukee, anywhere in WI/MN. possibly the surrounding states, or anything else if a good enough offer is made.
About Me:
My name is Keith, I'm originally from NW Wisconsin and moved to Minneapolis to study architecture. to pay for school I started working at a coffee shop, and have fallen in love with the craft.
Now I'm working on elevating the craft around Minneapolis.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I love that people are so helpful in the industry and they simply want everything to be done perfectly
