Fully shade grown

We visited one of the farms, and all the coffee trees are grown in the shade of the natural forest. No chemicals are used, and there is no irrigation. The farmers rely on rainfall, and the dropping foliage for water and humus. Organic throughout. The FLO is working on CAFE Practices certification
