Although harvest was over, there were some parchment coffee left, and they showed us city kids how it looked like. I took one to chew, just to give it that moisture test, and damn near broke my teeth. Way too dry! Michael said these coffees won't be sold as specialty and will most likely make its way to local shops. It tastes peppery.
