This was a nice little flat white had at a cafe whose name escapes me, in the Monorail arcade off George Street Sydney. They're using Campos coffee, which I found can be good in the right cafe, I bought a bag of this and really enjoy it in milk. Chocolate and caramel flavours dominate in milk but its also quite complex and makes a great straight shot.
