Shop's new mocha style, with latte art:
-Mix the cocoa and sugar with some hot water into a thick syrup
-Pull the shots onto the syrup
Stir LIGHTLY, not destroying the crema
-microfoam milk(ever so slightly understretched to compensate for the thicker espresso mix)
-Pour design as usual.
This makes for a delicious, creamy and light mocha that requires little sugar to appreciate all the flavors the drink has to offer.
