Shop's new mocha style, with latte art:-Mix the cocoa and sugar with some hot water into a thick syrup-Pull the shots onto the syrupStir LIGHTLY, not destroying the crema-microfoam milk(ever so slightly understretched to compensate for the thicker espresso mix)-Pour design as usual.This makes for a delicious, creamy and light mocha that requires little sugar to appreciate all the flavors the drink has to offer.
