About Me:
I am a former US Peace Corps Volunteer in the Philippines, assigned to work with the coffee farmers in the northern mountainous area of the country. I started helping the community develop civet coffee collection, in order to conserve the wild civet population of the area. The Peace Corps civet conservation project was successful, allowing me to develop a career around it once my service was finished.
About My Company:
My company is Forest Blends LLC, and we are based in San Antonio, Texas. The brand name for our civet coffee is Bantai Civet Coffee, which is available for individual customer purchase on December 10, 2008, at www.bantaicivetcoffee.com

Hi Dustin, you have a very interesting coffee to offer. I have heard of it and
knew a little about the process, but I got to see it close up here. I guess you
have to be very careful to avoid being bit when you are removing the beans
from the civet 8-)

Thanks Dustin. My guess is you are often in the Phils... have you had a chance to make it over this way? I am pretty keen to make a jump over there for a week or so, as I would love to meet the multituedes of Philippine BXers and some other coffee friends there.
