'Ello!!! Do you ever desire for a "true pupil" that wants learn everything you have in your head? As I find myself hitting 10 years in the industry, I find myself craving to truly pass on my knowledge. Yet it seems that much of the next generation of baristi don't want to take the time to truly learn the craft. Double so when it come cofffee and tea theory. Thoughts?

Any idea on where I can find a tamping kit (aka... handle plus removable heads). Carrying around several tampers is getting a little bit heavy.
