Tloma Primary school is located in Karatu, Tanzania. A little village situated west of Arusha. The conditions of their school is what you can see in the pic... it is really horrible...

1)Estoy confundida de que cantidad de espresso debo de sacar, ya que mi esposo me dice que han cambiado las reglas para ello, anteriormente la extracion era 1.5 oz. pero ahora el me dice que solamente es de 1 oz. para mi creo que deberia de seguir siendo de 1.5oz.
2)La confusion es mayor ya que mis clientes me dicen que cuando les sirvo su americano esta muy simple (poco sabor) aqui se acostumbra servirlo en un vaso de 12oz. y lo he servido en uno de 10oz. y en esa medida esta bien de sabor. Pero mis clientes se les hace poco contenido, y me dicen es poco cafe por el precio que pagan. Dime, cual seria la mejor forma de servirlo, ya que quiero clientes satisfechos
