- well i won the second place in the first barista championship in 2007 and i also won the award for the best capuccino. i love what i do and i don't see myself doing something else.
and lately i´ve been learning how to roast. it´s very interesting actually!

- I'm 27, i've been working as a barista since i was 21, when i started to work in viva espresso, the place i work. there is where i have met the greatest baristas in the world es james hoffman and many others.

On your cupping frustation: don't worry, it's just that you need more confidence in yourself. I saw you cupped really good today becuase you were calibrated with the rest of the team. Trust your senses. We will try to cup with you more often so you get the hang of it.
