Alright gents,

I found the perfect spot for a cigar Gathering. The place is called 'Brit's Pub', and is only about 4 blocks from the Minneapolis Convention Center. They have a deck with a lawn bowling green where we are allowed to smoke. Its a beautiful view of the city as well. If anyone is interested, we could sign up for a game of lawn bowling. But I will need RSVPs... they are booked weeks in advance (might even be to late already but I'm hoping since its still cold out no one has booked yet).

Hello Cigar and Coffee Fans!

Minneapolis is NOT a cigar friendly town! and smoking is not allowed indoors! Thus the offical first Puff & Slurp Social is in jeapordy!

I do not know the city well enough to suggest an outdoor location at this time. So, let's plan on bringing out cigars with us..... We should be able to find a location one evening to gather and swap stories of our coffee adventures while enjoying a great smoke!

there are a few pubs near the convention center that have outdoor seating. I'll inquire to make sure they are cigar friendly. Unfortunately, no indoor smoking in MN

We need to inquire with Aaron and Miguel Meza about the cigar situation in Minneapolis. They would be the cats who know best.
