- Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
- I've been in love with coffee from the very first bean. At the moment, I'm working in a chocolate cafe as part of an awesome team of 3 champion baristas. I've tested out competitions with reasonably satisfying results but lately have been lucky enough to do some sensory and technical judging at 2 different comps. Very recently I've been working with a local roaster and have become rather interested in that side of the beans.
- What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
- I'm quite open minded about countries to visit but I'll be spending a lot of time in Europe and Eastern Europe for the next few years.
- About Me:
- I'm very much in love with the magical coffee which has taken up most of my time in the past few years. I'm coming to Copenhagen for the WBC; that will be the start to a major caffeine high all over the world.
- What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
- The unlimited potential to discover more.

There is always a lot to do outside in the summer and inside for the winter. One day I would love to live in a place that would be a touch warmer.

I hv tried some Belgium hot chocolate in the CHOCOLATE cafe in Melbourne (wonder same café or not) and it is very good :)
You're profile says you work in a chocolate cafe. Could you please elaborate on your format? I am a big chocolate geek on top of the obvious coffee thing.
