- Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
- When I first started as a barista I had already been studying coffee as a hobby. Now, however, I have discovered that coffee is my true passion and I hope to continue working in the business long-term. I have mastered the more common pours of latte art and am working on the advanced pours. I constantly work on extracting espresso, texturing milk, and working on flavor combinations that go well with our espresso blend here at Daybreak. Daybreak is a great place to work and the customers and staff here are great, however, the quality and training part is lacking but Jason has done a great job helping to progress both of those for the better. I hope to do what I can to educate those who take an interest and of course to further my own coffee knowledge.
- What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
- Portland, Seattle, Chicago, New York...honestly anywhere but Lubbock.

- I am currently a barista and student. I attend school at Texas Tech University and I am majoring in psychology and philosophy. I grew up in small-town Texas where the coffee culture is nowhere to be seen but somehow I have been pulled in.
