- SLOW iS Me...Colombian taste notes: nice viscosity (very oily on my tongue), medium body, a few floral and fruity notes especially as cup cooled, about a 6 or 7 in acidity, and overall pretty well balanced. I did detect some slightly grassy tastes, but that could have been roast freshness? According to your roast date it was about 6 days out when I cupped. Keep it rollin and can't wait to get some ethiopia soon...I'll just try to get back to you sooner on that ;')

- Yes - we've given up on the for now. Not enough funding for the renovation - so we bought a roaster and are working on a small micro roasting business - so far we are doing well.
