- About Me:
- I have been in the coffee industry for 6 years now. I started out as a barista, and soon became a lead barista and closing manager. I lived in China briefly to help with the start up of a cafe. I am now with Dynamite Roasting Co. as the Cafe Manager. I love training baristas, and all things coffee. Working for a roaster I am able to be involved in many phases of the production process. When I'm not working you can find me out hiking, camping, and exploring the mountains around me.
