Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

The coffee shop I am located at now is the closest specialty shop to a Starbucks. We offer a lot of flavored drinks such as Frappes served with Cold Press coffee, iced lattes, and italian sodas; however, we also offer all the traditional drinks and we strive to bring out the best in out Espresso (PT's Southpaw Blend) in all of our drinks.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I would love to get to explore more of the coffee world in the growing countries in my future. I have the ambition to own and operate my own shop in the future and roasting could be something that I may become one of my endeavors.

About Me:

I've loved coffee since I was a teenager. I took a different approach to it than most at my age just starting to drink coffee, thinking that it was the cool thing to congregate with friends at the neighborhood Starbucks. I always knew there was more that coffee could offer me than what Sbux brought to the table so I started to explore on my own. Eventually I was hired on as a Barista and the rest is history. Now I continue to educate myself, surround myself with other Baristas, owners and coffee enthusiasts in hopes of fulfilling my dreams.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

It is always changing and there is never a point that I will know everything. Coffee will never become mundane.
