I'm just getting started for real as a barista of a new espressobar. working on LM/Anfim equipment. expanding my home brewing skills by getting an airpress, vac pot, chemex... Been enjoying press pots for a while now. Love espresso and all the geeky details about it. dying to learn more!
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Australia, New Zealand, USA: NYC, Chicago, SFran, LA, Seattle; Uk, Copenhagen, Denmark; Oslo, Norway; Stockholm, Reykjavik... basically to any (big) city where there is some espresso culture!!

C is for coffee, that's good enough for me :)

Add that to cinema, culture, communication, cruisin, creativity and a little crazy and you get far...
Like travelling, exchanging skills and information, meeting new interesting people. I'm easygoing, open-minded and i love to learn new things!

Werkstuk voor school. Moesten een fictief themacafé opstarten enja Koffie en Thee uitgekozen. Was er vroeger ook al wat mee bezig maar niet zo intensief als nu. Ik sta ook op redelijk goede voet met Bart en Peter Deprez. Dus dat helpt altijd ;).

Normaal gezien ga ik volgend jaar pas een poging ondernemen in het BBC. Heb jammer genoeg nog niet genoeg ervaring (om niet te zeggen geen) in het pullen van shots en het stomen van melk.
