- I'm quik, efficient, able to proportion properly to create minimal waste. I understand what shots should look like and the difference in color versus how they will taste. I pay attention to detail and am able to multitask, holding conversations with my customers and producing excellent beverages while maintaining the bar.
I firmly believe that every cup of coffee I serve, has to be better than the last. Therefor I'm able to produce a consistently wonderful cup of coffee.

- I'm a very nice guy my mother would say. I'm witty snarky, fun, I take my skills and profession seriously, But I have a very light hearted comical out look on life.
- About My Company:
- Unfortunately I was just laid off from my most recent position. I've worked at a number of family owned and operated companies that all pride them selves on excellent premium coffee, some roasted themselves. I've also worked for that large corporate one that we all know about. That's right, I did my time there. My focus is sticking with the smaller more quality oriented realm of this industry so I may one day be able to own my own cafe.
