I am the cafe manager for the Katz Club Diner located in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. We serve farm to table fare and have an awesome cafe serving espresso based drinks, french press,chemex, aeropress, pourover, and drip coffees. We use local milk and locally roasted coffee and make almost everything in house.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
everywhere. I love travelling, especially to random small places.
About Me:
Cafe manager and barista trainer, I am very interested in restaurant and cafe management as a whole. I am always trying to develop my palate and learn everything I can about coffee, tea, and pretty much anything else you can put in front of me. I take my job super seriously because I love it--I love every part of it, the entire process of making espresso, cupping, blending, and especially working with/spro-ing down with incredible baristas and learning from them!
When I'm not tasting things and working, I'm spending time with my toddler, riding my bike, thrift store shopping, drawing and painting, crocheting, and otherwise not getting enough sleep.
About My Company:
The Katz Club Diner is owner and Executive Chef Douglas Katz's brand new restaurant in Cleveland Heights, OH. It is a classic diner featuring farm to table, local, GOOD food. Pretty much everything is made in house, from bacon to jelly to ice cream and ho-hos. Our separate cafe serves locally roasted coffee and uses local milk. We love what we do here!
