- I started in coffee in 2009 at Caribou in Illinois, but I really caught the coffee bug when I moved to Chicago and worked at some incredible shops, with some truly great coffee. Since then it's been all about pushing this craft to excellence and finding out ways of making it sustainable and equitable through the whole supply chain. I'm just getting started.
