We are about to open Alchemy Cafe in Dawson City in the Yukon Territory, Canada, early 2014. We support local, organic, fair trade, community, education and all things sustainable.

About Me:

I am an Australian who has fallen in love with a French/ German/ Canadian in Dawson City, Yukon Territory, and have moved there to help him build the Alchemy Cafe which is almost complete. I was in the cafe/restaurant business for 10 years and took my first Barrista course 16 years ago. I am now reentering the coffee industry with Alchemy Cafe and am looking forward to learning more and more about this very intriguing culture!

About My Company:

Alchemy Cafe is born from the heart and mind of an Alchemist. So it is a mix of many things. But mainly, we wish to share with our community the knowledge we have both acquired in this lifetime through intense self discovery. Dawson City has a very large alcoholic community and we wish to provide stimulus and an alternative to that way of life. We wish to breath fresh air into this community and anyone who comes in contact with Alchemy Cafe. We wish to enliven and inspire those around us to ask questions and seek answers.
