Industrial chic cafe name?
It has an industrial interior, but not very strict.
I am searching maybe for a one-word name, but feel free to post any thoughts.

You might try making a list of coffee-related processing, technical words, or other manufacturing-related terms that relate to some aspect of your concept (product, menu, space design, customer service, etc). See what works on a couple of levels, but won't confuse people about what your business is. My guess is that something good will jump out at you. Good luck!
