I just learned that a zombie-slasher themed haunted house is moving next door that brings about 20,000 people. My staff and I want to get creative with drink decorations and drinks for this event.
Any ideas?

Jack-o-lantern latte art is simple, do it all October every October. Pour an apple with stem (just became a pumpkin:-), use thermometer tip to dip in crema and draw eyes and mouth, done.
Pig's blood latte.
You can get pig's blood from your local butcher or most Asian markets.
Froth at a lower temperature, and remind people to not let it coagulate.
I would recommend an espresso with deeper flavor profile, like an Indonesian based blend.
Yum!
Oh, dear God....why?
This may induce some unwanted results from most of your customers...and it would be good to not put your staff through cleaning up bloody vomit on all of your toilets.
Not to mention to be within health code, you'd need a hood vent over your espresso machine to do that, and a grease trap attached to your dump sink, which normally isn't required if you just dump milk and coffee bi-product.
I would try it...but it doesn't sound like little sue with her parents would like it very much.
What's wrong with...sprinkles and food coloring?

Danny,
just a little dark Halloween humor my friend.
Although your, "I would try it" casually thrown in there wins the day.
And how do we know little Sue isn't a vampire already? Vampires like lattes too! :D
Indeed but must adjust steaming temp' not only to avoid coagulation, but for the optimum desired consuming temperature, which is of course 98.6f. Oh in some circles IIRC goat's blood is preferred over pig's blood...

It isn't fair to offer pig's blood, because it isn't Kosher. Excluding the population of Jewish vampires just won't be good for business. Goats are much cleaner animals.
Kosher issue aside actually given the choice pigs are very clean animals, they much prefer clean water to mud to cool themselves off. (they have no sweat glads hence the need to cool off externally)
Also, pigs' blood is consumed more often ... blood sausage, Chinese blood cakes, blood pudding, etc.
I'm not so sure about goat blood sausage.
Oh, and a pigs' blood temp is about 39 C or 102 F, so it depends on if we want it to coincide with our body temp, or if you just want to pour a warm dollop like a macchiatto.
Hey! if anybody tests one, please post pics! :)
(I question anyone who ventured into our Halloween Caffe)
