We've received our UG15 and now need to get it off of the pallet safely so it can be placed in its rightful location. Does anyone have experience moving a Probat of this size safely, or can anyone provide helpful tips on where to hitch it up for lifting and tilting? Have written to the manufacturer but they've not responded. Thanks!

Do you have a manual? The hoisting instructions may be in there. If it is similar to an L 12, you will see 2 rectangular holes in either side of the body work. This is meant to allow a 4 x 4 to slide through. You will then lift it from above with slings from a forklift, crane or chainfall. The L 12 is around 1500 lb without the cooling tray, the UG will be heavier than this, so it's no joke. It could be done by a qualified millwright if you don't have experience rigging this sort of equipment. If you figure it out perhaps you will tell us how you did it?
