Today I am enjoying a very nice organic Sumatra from Salt Lake Roasting Company in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Coffee always tastes better when on vacation.

All the best,

Middle development stages of this year's competition espresso blend.

It's nice.
Drinking a nice cup of our Dilworth Guat. It's real nice. Perfect morning coffee.
every morning at work, i make myself a soy macchiato with Stumptown's Hairbender espresso. Or drip today was Rwanda Musasa also roasted by Stumptown...yumm.....i had some of both today.
This morning a new offering from Timor Timor... rare for us to roast anything out of East Timor, for political reasons!
A nice change up from my home roasts.
Paradise Roasters : Espresso Havana,
A cigar with every cup! first shot down the hatch was very good and had a nice finish. For the morning, it cuts through the milk in my latte. Many surprisingly different flavors come through at different times since the first sip. I believe it may be extremely sensitive to temperature management. That could get the most out of it!
