Ambex Coffee Roaster YM5 (5 Kilo / 40 Pounds Per Hour) with Automation

Up for sale a lightly used Ambex Coffee Roaster, Model YM5 (5 kilo, 40 pounds an hour). This roaster has full DCQ roaster automation (Computer Controlled). What this means is that when you roast and find a roast profile that you like you run record on the automation and can run it again with accurate temperature and roast consistency. Perfect roast every time and databased for roast consistency. This roaster has been lightly used for roasting a few hundred pounds of coffee from our farm in Hilo, HI. Recently upgraded automation software, new PC and Watlow temp probes. Originally, $22k a great buy at $11.5k OBO + Shipping.
