Maybe I'll use it as a training aid? Seriously, I had a volunteer come in the other day telling me about these new techniques she found online. I had to explain why we don't do any of that, and am now thinking we should do a taste test...Somebody else, not me...

lol... in disbelieve...i found some people thinking the same, they saw something and now i am (or we all are) wrong cos this guy made a film of it....crazy...and the machine...the flow of espresso...lol...waiting for his next latte art video...i think im going crazy...

ok well he did a damn good job of making me a beliver and i guess i have gullible written on my ceiling
"ohhh it is !!!!" jk....
but who knows maybe he is serious i mean everything there is backwards like ummm the way their toilets flush.
the 40 sec extraction i just thought he might just like americano's and consider it espresso, but i wasn't sure bout the little pokey thing and the freezing the "porto" (which i normally flush mine before wiping just to warm.)
