New coffee shop opening in Hampden this fall is accepting resumes from qualified candidates for the position of Barista.

Potential candidates should have a love for coffee and a passion for hospitality and customer service. Prior coffee industry experience is not a prerequisite.

Our motivation is creating memorable experiences for one another and for our guests. We ask that staff take initiative, act with integrity and humility and work together to uphold and build upon our standards. If you have true enthusiasm for the responsibilities of a coffee experience, a desire to expand your knowledge of coffee and cuisine, and the ambition to perform at your best, consider joining our team.

Barista
Qualified candidates will possess a sincere passion, a strong dedication and commitment to excellence, and be team oriented. While prior experience in customer service, retail and coffee is acceptable, we are happy to train outgoing and personable individuals in all aspects of the craft of the Barista.

We are looking for individuals who will provide a rich, welcoming environment that forges a new definition of handcrafted coffee beverages and accompaniments. Someone who will provide our guests with an uncomplicated product but who infuses that product with extra care and attention to detail. Our Baristas have the opportunity to connect with people in the course of their daily lives and elevate the simple things, like the morning coffee, to an exceptional and memorable experience.

We will have both full-time and part-time opportunities for the successful candidates. Candidates should have their own means of transportation and be available in 2009.
