I run a very busy deli and coffee bar inside a co-op. I have been buying new pump pots about every quarter and am tired of it. Does anyone have a good brand name or source for quality pots that will withstand some bumps and bruises?

We've been using 2.2L Techni-Brew pump airpots from Boyd Coffee since we opened three years ago, and have had no mechanical problems or failures with them yet.
You should look into Pumpskins. They're a peel & stick protective covering that will prevent your air pots from getting all those dings and dimples from every little bump. There's lots of attractive designs available, or you can get your logo on them. Just search Pumpskin.

As for air pots, we like the Update brand. They have a 2.2 litre with a glass liner, (breakable if dropped), or a 2.5 litre stainless steel lined version that is pretty much indestructable. They last at least a year for us, when combined with the pump skins.
Zojirushi, I've never seen one fail. Then again we don't use pump pots much.
The 2.5L Bunn ones with stainless liners work pretty well, are cheap and readily available and stand up to bumps and dings well. Stainless doesn't clean as easily as glass, but a little Cafiza in them at the end of the night will go a long way in preventing oil build-up.

Are you buying new pots due to dents and dings or because of breakage of the liners?
