Congratulations Ranjeet on your new venture. Opening a new shop can be a little overwhelming at times but you've come to the right place.
My thoughts:
I think it is very important that you decide what type of coffee shop you want to be and that will determine menu design, menu options, store design, layout, and even the equipment you use. You want to meet the needs (visual, audio, and tactile) of your future customers.
I have always enjoyed clean/ user-friendly menus. A menu that is easy to read and in a visible place. I hate walking into a new coffee shop and feeling completely ignorant because I can't understand the menu or worse, can't find it.
I have not had any experience on espresso machines with built in grinders. Are you talking about the super automatic machines (grind, tamp, pull on it's own)? Or Semi/Automatic machines with a built in grinder -where it grinds into the portafilter and you still tamp? I, personally, prefer the seperate grinder.
I am an advocate of semi-automatic machines. It causes you to pay a little more attention to what you are doing. Automatic machines are good too, especially when starting off with novice baristas.
