Espresso Manager.
What would you include in this description if you were to looking to move from the front of your shop into the back room (where the roaster is!)?
I'll run the job by staff and if there isn't anybody up foir the job I'll post locally.

I'm not sure what exactly you mean. Are you talking about someone to do blend development? Quality control and training? I'm intrigued but need more direction
I believe he's looking for a coffeeshop manager and trainer so he can spend his time focused on roasting.
Not sure what you mean. Are you trying to find a way into management? Or are you already a manager? If so, I'd worry less about the title, and focus on where your shop needs more help.
If you're trying to find an employee to help out, inquire within, and go with who is most qualified...
Sorry, not quite sure what advice you're looking for...
It sounds like you need to figure out what the specific job duties are, right? If you want a store manager, or a trainer, or a head barista, or some combination of the three, then you're looking for a pretty specific skill set. Figure out explicitly what you're looking for, and put pen to paper. Are you looking for help with the actual copy for your job posting, or help with how to form the position's duties?
