I purchased these and this is what they looked like after 3 weeks (Visions Espresso) so clearly I'm not happy. So if anyone has some suggestions as to where to get cups printed that actually last after washing I would greatly appreciate it.

I did and I was told that they wouldnt refund my money or make it right.....at that point, I just assume not to do business with someone whom cares nothing about making it right. Here's the reprocussion. Do you have a company that can produce a better product???

Not Neutral is trying to break into the market. Intelly uses them, and they seem to be happy with the wares. Plus the 7oz cups are nice to pour into.

There's supposedly a complete line of cups in the works. And they're taking specialty coffee pretty seriously. I hear they were up at Coffeefest in NJ...

Duly noted. Not all customers are that considerate, so thought I'd check. Thanks for sharing your experience.

So have you decided to use someone else and if so who? I am looking for a place right now to get all my cup and printing needs done and I looked at that Not Neutral site and HOLY CRAP.... it's expensive! Probably just go through espresso supply?????
