What's the best way to clean the coffee machines? Is there a company that specializes in that?

The best way is "often". How often depends quite a bit.

This is a broad subject that has been discussed here a few times. Maybe later I'll rummage through old discussions to find some, but for now you can try using the search tool.
I'm new at this. Thanks for the help.

Here's one.

The easiest way to search for stuff in old discussions is to click on the "talk coffee" tab above, then type your query in the window next to the magnifying glass. There's a ton of great info in there. Nothing wrong with asking questions here, but it's good to read the older stuff too.
