I definitely see the push for higher prices for the farmers and like how higher prices are justified in the article. But the Geisha has me worried that it will turn to a "trend" and quality won't be the same if location isn't of the right situation-soil, elevation etc.
What do you think of the predictions in the article for the "New Renaissance" of coffee?
