My partners and I started House Grind a year ago bringing a business model that is common to North America and elsewhere in Europe to Southern Spain. We started HOUSE GRIND, a new cafe concept specializing in premium quality espresso and espresso-based beverages and fresh pastries and foods. Our concept has been well received and our brand is growing in popularity in this market. We are committed to quality and consistency in our products and our service.

We are now gearing up for expansion and are looking to strengthen our team with some experienced, hard-working, and knowledgeable people who have experienced with growing a coffee house chain in other markets.

Do you, or have you, worked for a multi-location coffee company? Have you helped set up a franchise coffee business or with the expansion of company-owned locations? Have you helped prepare and refine training and operational procedures to streamline operations?
