Intelligentsia Venice Store - Updates/Training

I got an email from Joshua Lurie at Food GPS out of L.A. with links to two articles he wrote on the new Intelligentsia Venice location, and a bit on their hiring and training strategies.

He gives a pretty detailed write up after taking a tour with fellow bXers, Kyle Glanville and Ryan Wilbur. The new shop sounds very cool, and will truly be a new take on retail coffee. I look forward to seeing it come to fruition and wish the team at Intelly the best. - Matt
