I just wanted to thank the guys at the Java House in Iowa City for letting me interrupt their somewhat busy afternoon last Saturday with my questions and specific requests. While they claimed they couldn't share the roaster's name, everything was pretty good. Even the slightly over-extracted "Mezzanotte" espresso shot was okay considering. The trad capp was better than average at busy shops. I also bought some of their Bolivian to try at home.
They've also got a nice pour over setup. Anyone looking to add one might take a look.
Overall, you've got a good place and I look forward to visiting you guys again.
