I'm well-practiced on commercial espresso machines, and also pour latte art. Additionally, I regularly prepare pour-over brews and am well-versed with using a Brix refractometer to analyze extraction levels. I have and use pourover cone (Melitta style), french press, vac pot, and aeropress.
If anyone knows of coffee shops in the Capitol Hill neighborhood (where I'm living) that are hiring, please let me know. I've tried searching online, but haven't had any luck. My resume is available on request.
