Hey B|X! We (the American Barista & Coffee School) are getting ready to host our first three day Coffee Roasting Workshop in Portland, Oregon next week: December 3-5. It's going to be led by Rob Hoos (independent coffee roasting consultant who wrote Modulating the Flavor Profile of Coffee) and Aaron Baker (of Water Avenue Coffee).
