I don't live there, but you might try Flat White, or finding some of Square Miles' wholesale accounts. (I'm pretty sure they'd train them. I would if I were them.)

Isn't Gwilym's cart open on Sundays?
Sunday is the day Gwilym's cart is open. Drop Anette an email and I'm sure she'll direct you to Gwilym as well as their other accounts.

Otherwise, Flat White in Soho, as well as Fernandez & Wells in Soho are great options. Not too far away are a collection of old school Italian cafes worth checking out, and the Monmouth Coffee store isn't too far away either.
Definitely agree with Jay. Check out both Monmouth locations and the roastery if you can. Real friendly folks.
