If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?

About Me:
I live on the east coast of Canada with my wife Beverly.
We raised three kids... been blessed with two grand-children.
We have one dog and two cats
I grew up in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada with my sister Evelyn living in our parents home.
Evelyn my wiser and older sister lives in Scarborough. She's the editor of the Thursday File
Our small family moved to the east coast in October, 1988, when I took a job at Co-op Atlantic as Art/Creative Director, then after 13 years with the company I started working on my own from my home studio.
I paint in Watercolour, I publish the 'Thursday File'
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
That's a hard question! I've got a great El Salvadoran coffee called Cafe Indigo and a dynomite espresso called Gustav. That's the really, really short list.

thank's Steve, looking forward meeting more people specially on the coffee industry from different part of the world. I hope we can exchange ideas how the coffee is growing from your region.
I appreciate the welcome, I may be somewhat new to the industry but I do know that coffee people always have a common thread as you have shown me! Thanks again!
Steve. I'm not sure it's necessarily worth the trip. Maybe once the store opens in January, it will be. I don't know. Thanks for your candid-ry. It's great.
My Dad used to work in Walkerville, Ontario many years ago for Hiram
Walker, distillers of Canadian Club. He commuted via the Holland Tunnel.
If you ever get to Seattle look me up.

Well, thank you for adding me!! I am new to this, a friend of mine told me about the site and i thought i would check it out. All i hope to acheive is to learn more about some latte art and direction to try some diffrent coffee's
Been open a while here now...up to around 70 stores. We (the Independents) can not complain... there was no specialty movement in Indonesia before. its not like NZ or Aussie where Starbucks were late and got canned like a naughty school boy! They have helped with developing the market here, we need to say thanks to them for that. In Italy the general concensus there was Howard Schultz was an enemy of the state (due to his comments earlier in the year where he said Starbucks Coffee was better than most Italian blends/brands.... or apparently thats what he said?!)
