About Me:
I work as a Barman - Barista the last 17 years and as Barista trainer since 2005

I'm an active member of the Hellenic Bartenders Association .

I'm member of SCAE and certified Barista level 2

I always try to improve my knowledge and my Barista technics so i can teach others.

I publish the first Greek Barista Handbook in order to cover the dearth of coffee books in Greece in 2009

About My Company:
Avek is a trade company with brands like Espresso Hausbrandt, Da Vinci Gourmet syrups, Eilles tea, B-ravi smoothies, Just-t tea etc.
We also roast coffee and importing loose teas and accesories.

    hello hello from way up north :D it's actually not too cold right now, a measly -5°F to -10°F thanks in part to global warming we alaskans believe...we did have a usual spell of -50°F for a week or so in december however...that was fun haha all part of the crazy lifestyle we have. how's greece this time of year?

    That's a great rosetta video, it's times like this that I wish I would have known about barista exchange earlier, because I was just recently in Athens and the best espresso I found was at Evergreen, I think it was by the Syntagma stop, but I would have loved to have found more. I guess there is next summer.

    i need help always when is about coffee, im not a superman! just last week i installed my very own la marzocco gb5 and working with tim wendelboe espresso as a coffee of my choice for wbc. as he is kind of a saint to me, im so excited with a privilege to have his coffee. any news with you?

    i really dont care for sig drink so i was planing it the very last day, some mixed and cooled banana, espresso and frothed milk with vanilla syrup. basically nothing. in the semi finals i had 749 points, in finals i end up with 657 i think. i still dont know what to do for copenhagen, no idea, no interest in making something. my presentation is ready, coffee is fab, no sig drink. what to do? ill use maybe the one from tokyo, i dont know. any idea?i need help, see...

    im back, i did bad on the end, 44th...well, you always have something to learn, i was elsewhere while competing and it reflected on my scores but on the last day, i was chose for barista's choice award and it means so much to me, at least i came to baristas hearts, means so much to me cos i was so in bad mood, thanks for all
