    its going well - the field of competitors is a nice mix of levels of experience and understanding. I think Adam is going to do great, but I'll let you know at the end of tomorrow if he makes finals.

    Adam took 10th place in the first round and was half of a point behind 9th place. It was a pretty tight competition. There were those who really know what they were doing and those who had no clue. Not much inbetween.

    Hey, Friday at the BS was wild. We sold out of everything but one Italian Panini. All between 11 and 1. All the seats were taken and people had to stand or take it with. Great for the Shop. I think we all did a good job with very minor mistakes. I even improved on my latte art! yea!
